Hello Spring!  At long last the winter season has been swept out by the arrival of the vernal equinox when the sun is directly over the equator. Did you feel it happen last Saturday at 5:37 a.m.? Nope! neither did we, but it certainly made our hearts lighter when we woke up to the first spring weekend even if it didn’t quite feel like it!

So, are you struggling to find something to wear in that closet full of warm winter clothing?  Then, look no further than your PJ drawer for versatile pieces that will get you through until the warm weather is here to stay! Ok, so it’s still early spring and we agree… it may be a little too soon to jump into short shorts and tank tops (or in our case capris and a comfy T-shirt)! Maybe switching over that wardrobe isn’t right just yet. That’s okay, as long as you have some transitional pieces.

So try this wardrobe hack: whether it’s one of our great silk pjs, or in this case – the J’Adore Short Sleeve Cotton Pj set – here’s how your pajamas are perfect as transitional pieces – from bedtime TO daytime. In fact, we’ve made it one of our design priorities to make our pieces gorgeous but versatile (we call it the beauty & brains factor). That means this cute little PJ top becomes a classic white short-sleeved blouse on a seventy-degree spring day and plays it cool and comfy when it’s time to jump under the covers! That’s what we mean by versatility… you can’t do the same thing with that puffer jacket! Here’s another gorgeous example of bedtime TO daytime…

The Moonlight Serenade Silk Camisole top is an elegant choice for bed and more luxurious when paired with matching tap pant and silk short robe. Dressing in layers during the spring is a great way to cool down in the warming sunshine and ward off the chill in the shade. Adding some sparkle with a silk top like a cami or a long sleeved pj top keeps this outfit from looking too casual!

Do you have a bounce in your step with the arrival of spring? Celebrate it with some versatile pieces of your own… See you in the next blog!
