For a limited time Standard shipping is FREE for orders of $125 or more. Applicable only to US destinations.

While we can't make shipping and handling as beautiful as the products you ordered, we will try to make it as easy and understandable as possible. All our items are shipped from our New England design studio and warehouse. A tracking number is provided in your ship confirmation email.

  1. Delivery time is counted from ship date and is applicable only to the contiguous 48 states. All orders are shipped within one business day. 2nd Day and Overnight orders placed before 2 p.m. East Coast time Monday - Friday will ship the same day.
  2. Business Days are defined as Monday - Friday. Second Day and Overnight orders are usually delivered on Business Days (except for Overnight Saturday). Please note, Overnight Saturday is available only for the contiguous 48 states.
  3. Delivery times to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US Territories and some remote areas may differ according to local carrier capabilities and may require 1 - 2 extra business days.

NOTE: We offer Standard and Priority shipping to all domestic PO boxes, APO and FPO addresses. If you would like 2nd Day or Overnight shipping to your PO Box, you must include the street address of your Post Office. Second Day and Overnight delivery are not available to APO and FPO addresses.

Standard
Please allow 5-7 business days for delivery. Delivery times to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US Territories and some remote areas may differ according to local carrier capabilities. Please allow 1 - 2 extra business days for those areas.

Priority
Please allow 3-4 business days in most areas of the continental United States. Please allow 1 extra business day for Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US Territories or remote areas of the 48 contiguous states.

Guaranteed 2nd Day
Orders placed before 2 p.m. East Coast time Monday - Friday will ship the same day and arrive within two business days of your purchase. Orders placed after 2 p.m. East Coast time or over the weekend will ship the following business day and arrive within two business days of shipping. Some destinations in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and US Territories may take an additional 1 business day for delivery. Please contact us at 1.800.662.5723 for further details. 2nd Day orders are delivered on weekdays. If you need weekend delivery, please call us at 1.800.662.5723 and we will check if weekend delivery is available for your destination and any additional fees that might apply.

Guaranteed Overnight
Overnight delivery is available within the continental US and most of Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and other US Territories. If you are outside the continental US and unsure about overnight delivery availability, please call us at 1.800.662.5723. Orders placed before 2 p.m. East Coast time Monday - Friday will ship the same day and arrive the next business day. Orders placed after 2 p.m. East Coast time or over the weekend will ship the following business day. Overnight orders are delivered on weekdays. If you need Saturday delivery, please select Overnight Saturday, available only for the contiguous 48 states.

Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other US Territories
Timing of delivery to these areas and certain remote parts of the 48 contiguous states may vary. In some areas, an additional 1 -2 business days may be required for delivery. If you need more information, please call us at 1.800.662.5723.

P.O. Boxes
We offer Standard and Priority shipping to all domestic P.O. boxes. If you would like 2nd Day or Overnight shipping to your PO Box, you must include the street address of your Post Office. All shipments to APO or FPO addresses must go either Standard or Priority shipping.

Tracking Your Package
Your tracking information will be emailed to you with your ship confirmation email. If you do not receive tracking information and wish to have an update on your package’s progress, please email us at concierge@juliannarae.com or call our Concierge at 1.800.662.5723, 8 a.m. - 8 p.m. East Coast time, Monday - Friday.

Signature Requirements
For security reasons we may require signature upon delivery of your order. When this occurs, your order will be delivered by FEDEX (unless the address is for a PO Box). We will provide you with tracking information when we ship your package. If no one is available to sign, the carrier will leave a door tag with information explaining how you can arrange delivery or pick-up to meet your need. The carrier will make three delivery attempts and then hold your package for two additional business days before returning the package to Julianna Rae. (If you use a PO Box as your ship address, you will be asked to sign at the post office when you pick up the package.)

If you are certain that no one will be available to sign for the package:
  • Contact us to re-direct the shipment to an office or a location where someone will be present to sign
  • OR Contact the carrier in your ship confirmation email to arrange to pick up the package at your preferred local carrier location.

Shipping Delays, Missing Packages and Non-deliverable Packages
At Julianna Rae we make every effort to ensure that every package is delivered on time and in good condition. We ship all packages within one business day and send it the most efficient way possible for the shipping method you have requested. However, please note, that once a package is placed with a courier, we have no control over unforeseen delays, weather events, or other carrier delivery issues. However, if your package is delayed, missing or damaged, we’ll try to help. Call us at 1.800.662.5723 or email us at concierge@juliannarae.com and we will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue, if possible.

Julianna Rae is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once tracking is shown as delivered by the courier.

Please check your shipping address carefully when you order. Any request for changes to delivery address or recipient after the package has left the warehouse will incur a fee of $20. If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or insufficient address or any reason at all, you will be responsible for the Return to Sender Shipping Fee of $15.00.
