For a limited time Standard shipping is FREE. Applicable only to US destinations.
While we can't make shipping and handling as beautiful as the products you ordered, we will try to make it as easy and understandable as possible. To keep our shipping rates low and simple, we do not charge more the more you purchase. All our items are shipped from our New England design studio and warehouse.

NOTE: We offer Standard and Priority shipping to all domestic PO boxes, APO and FPO addresses. If you would like 2nd Day or Overnight shipping to your PO Box, you must include the street address of your Post Office. Second Day and Overnight delivery are not available to APO and FPO addresses.

Shipping Option Details (United States)
Please allow 5-7 business days for delivery. Delivery times to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US Territories and some remote areas may differ according to local carrier capabilities. Please allow 1 - 2 extra business days for those areas.
US Priority Mail
US Priority Mail will arrive within 3-4 business days in most areas of the continental United States. Please check with your post office for delivery expectations in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US Territories or remote areas of the 48 contiguous states.
Guaranteed 2nd Day
Orders placed before 4 p.m. East Coast time Monday - Friday will ship the same day and arrive within two business days of your purchase. Orders placed after 4 p.m. East Coast time or over the weekend will ship the following business day and arrive within two business days of shipping. Some destinations in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and US Territories may take an additional 1 business day for delivery. Overnight delivery is available within the continental US and most of Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and other US Territories. Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other US Territories

Tracking Your Package
Your tracking information will be emailed to you from TrackingUpdates@FEDEX.com. If you do not receive tracking information and wish to have an update on your package’s progress, please e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call our Concierge at 1.800.662.5723, 8 a.m. - 8 p.m. East Coast time, Monday - Friday.
For security reasons we may require signature upon delivery of your order. When this occurs, your order will be delivered by FEDEX. We will provide you with tracking information when we ship your package. If no one is available to sign, Fedex will leave a door tag with information explaining how you can arrange delivery or pick-up to meet your needs. Fedex will make three delivery attempts and then hold your package for two business days before returning the package to Julianna Rae. (If you use a PO Box as your ship address, you will be asked to sign at the post office when you pick up the package.)
If you are certain that no one will be available to sign for the package:
- Contact us to re-direct the shipment to an office or a location where someone will be present to sign
- OR Contact FEDEX to arrange to pick up the package at your preferred local FEDEX location.
