We've taken the hassle out of returns & exchanges!
Life needs as many happy moments as possible. If any of our products do not make your life better, please return it within 60 days and we'll cheerfully exchange it or refund your merchandise purchase price. Please note, items must be in their original condition with their tags still attached, unwashed, unworn, and unblemished for a full refund. Shipping fees, taxes, gift wrap fees, and gift card purchases are non-refundable.
To save you time and effort, we've provided you with two options. With both options, avoid any delay in return processing by including a completed Return form (from the bottom of your receipt) in your package.
1) Let us choose the carrier:
Affix the pre-paid label provided with your receipt. Since we've pre-paid the postage, all you have to do is drop
your package in the mail at home, at work, or at the Post Office. No figuring out the carrier, no calculating postage, no waiting in line. Done. A $7.50 handling fee will be deducted from your return order refund.
2) You choose the carrier:
Affix the pre-addressed shipping label (postage required) provided with your receipt and take your package to the carrier of your choice. Traceable delivery is highly recommended.
Please allow up to two billing cycles for refunds to appear on your credit card statement. Original shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable.
Please follow the return instructions above and complete the Exchange form on the reverse side of the Return form for your new item(s). Please include your credit card number in the appropriate area. Standard shipping is FREE
for exchanged items to delivery addresses within the United States. If you want your new item(s) immediately (or as close to immediately as we can get), please call 1.800.662.5723.
We apologize we cannot offer free exchanges to international addresses. A $20 shipping fee wil be charged for international exchanges and they will be shipped via Global Priority. However, we can help make your exchange faster. Please call us at 1.781.743.2700.
We cannot accept COD returns.
For health reasons, we cannot accept worn undergarments.
