Easy returns & exchanges

Life needs as many happy moments as possible. If you are not absolutely delighted with your purchase, return it or exchange it with our easy GREEN process!
  1. The timeframe: 60 days from the delivery date.
  2. The charge: $0 (for US only)
  3. To be eligible for return or exchange: items must be unworn, unwashed, unblemished, unused and unaltered (we know, that's a lot of "un's". Of course try the item on, please just don't wear it. Return the item how you would like to receive it - clean and new!) All tags must be attached. If an item is returned to us damaged, worn or in an unsuitable condition, we will send it back at your request (and at your cost).
  4. Ineligible for return or refund: Shipping fees, gift wrap fees, gift card purchases, and items marked as "final sale."

  • If exchanging, there will be instructions in your return confirmation email.
  • That's it! We'll send you an email when we have received and inspected your item(s) and processed your refund or exchange.
  • Note: Our easy return process uses USPS. If you prefer to send your item(s) with a different carrier, we recommend using a trackable method. Please send your package to:

  • Please print out either your order or ship confirmation email and include it with your returned item(s).
  • Send your package back by your preferred trackable shipping method to:

  • If you would like an exchange, please write what you would like in exchange on the printout you are enclosing. Please include your credit card number, expiry date, and CV2 code to cover any cost differences and/or shipping charges required for the exchange. There is a $20 shipping and handling fee to cover the outgoing shipment via Global Priority of your new item(s). If you need it faster, please call us at 1.781.743.2700.
