The timeframe: 60 days from the delivery date. The charge: $0 (for US only) To be eligible for return or exchange: items must be unworn, unwashed, unblemished, unused and unaltered (we know, that's a lot of "un's". Of course try the item on, please just don't wear it. Return the item how you would like to receive it - clean and new!) All tags must be attached. If an item is returned to us damaged, worn or in an unsuitable condition, we will send it back at your request (and at your cost). Ineligible for return or refund: Shipping fees, gift wrap fees, gift card purchases, and items marked as "final sale."

US Returns and Exchanges How-to: Click on Hello Easy Returns and go! If exchanging, there will be instructions in your return confirmation email. That's it! We'll send you an email when we have received and inspected your item(s) and processed your refund or exchange.

International Returns and Exchanges How-to: Please print out either your order or ship confirmation email and include it with your returned item(s). Please include your credit card number, expiry date, and CV2 code to cover any cost differences and/or shipping charges required for the exchange.
