Easy returns & exchanges

Life needs as many happy moments as possible. If you are not absolutely delighted with your purchase you can certainly return or exchange it.
  1. The timeframe: 60 days from the delivery date.
  2. The charge: $0 (for US only)
  3. To be eligible for return or exchange: items must be unworn, unwashed, unblemished, unused and unaltered (we know, that's a lot of "un's". Of course you may try the item on, please just don't wear it. Return the item how you would like to receive it - clean and new!) All tags must be attached. If an item is returned to us damaged, worn or in an unsuitable condition, we will send it back to you at your request (and ask you to cover the delivery costs).
  4. Ineligible for return or refund: Shipping fees, gift wrap fees, gift card purchases, and items marked as "final sale."
US Returns and Exchanges How-to:
  • Complete the Return/Exchange form (at the bottom of your receipt which came in your package) and include it with your returned item(s).
  • Seal your package and affix the included self-stick return label to the outside of the package.
  • Leave your package with your regular outgoing mail. If your carrier does not take packages, drop it off anywhere that accepts US Post Office mail or in any mailbox.
  • That's it! We'll send you an email when we have received and inspected your item(s) and processed your exchange or refund.
  • Note: If you choose to send the item(s) back with a different carrier, we recommend using a trackable method. Please send your package to:

    Advance Exchanges: If you must have your exchanged order now (or as close to now as we can get), please call us at 1.800.662.5723.
    International Returns and Exchanges How-to:
  • Complete the Return/Exchange form (at the bottom of your receipt which came in your package) and include it with your returned item(s).

  • Send your package back by your preferred trackable shipping method.
  • If you would like an exchange, please include your credit card number where indicated. There is a $20 shipping and handling fee to cover the outgoing shipment via Global Priority of your new item(s). If you need it faster, please call us at 1.781.743.2700.
  • That's it! We'll send you an email when we have received and inspected your item(s) and processed your exchange or refund.
